It looks like they’ve torn everything down to the red line. Way more than was original proposed. Also, all of this was done without any proper approval. A historic building just gone in a couple of days with no permits. This is actually a crime, people.

Forrest Gump. The projector bulb burned out and I didn’t get to see the rest of the movie until it came out on VHS. M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening. The film was projected improperly so the boom mic was visible the entire film. See pic: red is what we should’ve seen. Yellow is what we did see.
