We’re almost there. One more month. If you are able and have the resources, maybe offer to help others in your area who might not have their own car, and give them a ride to and from their polling place. I think the small amount you’ll spend on gas is worth it to help save our democracy. My .02

Not at this particular campground. It’s a very clean, well maintained area, even has showers on site, but it’s def only for tents and RV’s.

It’s been about 25-30 years for me. The wife wants no part of tent camping anymore. Too bad as we have a lovely campground about 2 hours away that has everything you could want plus a nice hot springs to soak in at the end of the day. God, I miss it so much.

Exact car, in the same exact colors, that my folks owned when I was born in ‘57. If we ever went on a road trip they’d put me in the back on a sleeping bag and we’d start out before the sun rose. Staring up at the stars while we were motoring down the highway was one of my fondest memories as a kid.

My 105-year old uncle, bed-bound in an assisted living facility, recently told me that one of his final wishes was to have one last Garlic Cheeseburger from his fav local burger joint. I didn’t get to share any of it w/ him but it made me feel good to make sure I got that special burger for him.

Iron Maiden fans….. The new doc “Di’Anno: Iron Maiden’s Lost Singer” is a brutally honest portrait of original vocalist Paul Di’Anno, who was sidelined for years with SEVERE leg issues. For those who may be squeamish ( I def AM!), the surgery scenes were waaaaay too much for me to watch. VERY gory!
