That just brought up a memory of me getting this book from the library as a kid, which included a “how to become a werewolf” chapter! It seemed too complicated at the time. 😂

This morning, I decided to introduce my books to each other. Foolish move. The chonkier one tried to consume the other. The slimmer one retaliated with a firm crane kick. They have since been disciplined and returned to separate regions of their living quarters.

This is a tough choice! But I’d have to say Peter S. Beagle, for his ability make the fantastic feel so real on an emotional level. Definitely the author I‘d turn to for a comfort read when needed.
