Klonoa 2 was fun. The way they did 3d backgrounds with 2d platforming followed by 3d sections was interesting. The final set of levels tested my patience and made it rough but managed to get the beat in the end. Music was also great. It's a 4/5. @polykillpodcast.bsky.social #justbeatit

Okage Shadow King was fun. Pretty short for a rpg, and has its moments where difficulty spikes and then settles just as quick. The final boss was disappointing however. The ost also slaps but the combat holds it back a bit with how slow it can be. 4/5 #justbeatit @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

Shrek Superslam (PS2) was a alright little arena brawler. Has the cast of Shrek and other than that, nothing really stands out. Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers on PS2 will definately make you go quackers at times. Rayman (SNES Prototype) was fun to see what it could have been on the snes before getting cancelled. Pokemon Yellow re-beaten! Beat it countless times over the years and decided to run it back but for the elite 4, only using pikachu which required way overleveling and getting past the sandslash/onix roadblocks. Sly 1 is beaten! Did the entire game without taking damage or setting off alarms for RA which led to a few resets but the end of the day it is done! Yoshi's Story was a surprisingly fun one. Never played it before now and wish I played it sooner. The whole storybook aspectic to it was interesting and the gameplay was smooth. I was not expecting a 3d platformer collect-a-thon to have metroidvania elements to it. I only played a demo of Scooby Doo Night Of 100 Frights back on ps2 years ago and I am regretting not getting to this sooner! It's pretty addicting and I am not usually a fan of metroidvania style games. 😄

Summer of Collect-A-Thons continues with Stuart Little 2 on ps1. The game is pretty mid. Has cutscenes straight from the movie and the game itself is just a basic 3d platformer. Today is a good day! Just got all these for free off a local recycling kindness group. The lady said her nephew upgraded to a ps4 and can't be bothered with keeping ps3 games anymore and she had them from when she moved to my town. There was also some case/manual only games not shown. Also some dvds
