I think it's a lie to hold back midterm tide How is the diesel going to get to the US? Sea ice minimum happens in mid-September. Transneft Vladivostok and Murmansk is at full capacity already What diesel? Russia doesn't have enough refinery capacity online to satisfy their own domestic demand

"The check is in the mail" Even if this is real, it wouldn't show up until after the midterms. But Russia doesn't have enough diesel and gasoline for their own domestic demands with war demands on top of that. Ice will be closing off the Arctic soon, as well

Putin puts on his high heels whenever he is in the company of normal height men. You can look up pictures where Putin and Medvedev are in gym shoes and the Drunk Dwarf is notably taller and then receiving lines where Bunker Grandpa is a fraction taller

Kansas is one of the states with the steepest rise in diesel prices and it has come at the worst time for farmers at the peak of the harvest and winter wheat sowing season

Oh, but I hear you say, "why didn't the thing trigger when it hit the ground?" Because this is what the PG-7 looks like with an FPV drone mounted on it (no trigger switch mounted for safety). In most configurations, the whiskers won't touch the ground
000
Markle2k @markle2k.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
Have you seen the trigger? They are designed to take shaking without firing the detonator. An unmodified PG-7V wouldn't even work because it is unsafed by the high-G launch and the forward speed of the rocket. An FPV isn't fast enough to activate the piezoelectric trigger Cut down video explainer👇

Markle2k @markle2k.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
An alternate theory that might work is simply chewing up the fiber-optic cable laying on the ground with the UGV's treads. This would take far less luck and timing to make work and would drop the FPV right where it was, possibly not triggering the contact fuse
000
Markle2k @markle2k.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
It's a very cogent question. The fuse is usually a contact fuse facing forward. If you butt-blast the drone, the fuse will be facing the other way and the PG-7's penetrator jet will be facing away from the UGV. This wouldn't help a human much because there's enough of a bang (and shrapnel) to kill

Markle2k @markle2k.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
It only works if the FPV is at the right height and looking the wrong direction. Hit the wrong part and you get a copper lance in the body Another possibility I suppose is running over a fiber dragging on the ground and ripping it up in your treads

By encouraging *people* to invest their own money in exchange for a guaranteed income stream far into the future (20 years), it created a market that ultimately led to advancing economy of scale fast enough to encourage China to get in on the act clean-coalition.org/feed-in-tari...

They were solar hot water heaters and they saved a fair amount of money As for making something work, you can see the effect of Germany's Energiewende Renewable Energy Act motivating people to put solar on their own property. It raised volume, lowered prices. See the knee in this log curve↙️Close up↘️

The "strain" isn't the issue. It is the infection pathway Bubonic plague travels along the lymphatic system causing the characteristic swollen lymph nodes (buboes) Pneumonic plague is in the lungs. Early symptoms look like cold/flu. Treated at that stage 17-20% survival Septicemic is in the blood👇

If that's the core argument, she isn't looking back far enough or with open eyes. There was plenty of "tensions", often, as today, one-sided. American suffragists were, in contrast to some of their British counterparts, vehemently non-violent, but met with violence nonetheless

You can't even set up a tent within a couple miles of the actual meadows. You have to hike all the way to the general store, which is where the only road is. But, no bears. Everything went into the locker. They had poles for hanging your food, but nobody did that anymore Not my pics, btw

This is approximately where we set up the tent. No cars. Just rangers on horses with mules in tow. Above the tree line we encountered no bears despite Yosemite being on the other side of the pass into Lyell Canyon heading down to Tuolumne Meadows where there were "bear-proof" lockers for the packs

You are getting close to sane-washing with not calling out the fact that they consider the very existence of the programs to be the fraud and that MAGA regularly refers to and characterizes immigrants to be illegal, regardless of their status. It's why they applaud the deportations
Vance’s claim that the job gains flipped from mostly “illegal aliens” under Biden to U.S. citizens under Trump is misleading. Many of the people counted as foreign-born in this data set are either naturalized U.S. citizens or people legally present in the U.S., often for decades.
