1000% agree. I feel you have the same issue if you lean too far into async work. I was recently told by a VP at a well-known tech company about the flawed hypothesis around async work: it assumes workers have time to read all the documentation generated. Sometime you just need a conversation.

Maybe stop calling it "Return to Work"? It's been 5 years. If WFH people were all screwing around, productivity would have plummetted. It's not. Productivity's up 2%/quarter the last 5 quarters, higher than projections from 2019. And offices are still only half full. thehustle.co/news/return-...

After 20+ years with #SleepApnea, I’ve learned comfort is key - especially with your TopGun CPAP setup. Even though I live in FL, it’s always difficult for me to sleep when too hot. Fan or turning down AC helps me. Also, a year ago, I switched to an Inspire device and that made a huge difference.
