The judgement is not flawed. The judgement did not change the law. Sex is and always has been defined by biology. Contrary claims are counterfeit.

Humans have been able to correctly indentify males and females since the dawn of time. This sort of woke capture brings our party into disrepute. Ed Davey has repeatedly said that we accept the Supreme Court judgement. We should not now, as above, be trying to undermine it.

The presence of public toilets other than in a workplace was an error of fact e.g. Moreover the Equality Act covers 68 million people (everyone in the UK). The GRA only covers fewer than 10,000 people (those issued with a sex-change certificate).
