I made fun of this a couple weeks ago — the Xmas Village in Philadelphia having a booth selling unopened (“unclaimed”) Amazon packages. Since I posted that, it has become a viral sensation. Folks waiting in line to buy garbage ($10 for a package of 0 to 8 oz.). See my photo in the comments.

Gannett New Jersey for ya. I know print circulation doesn’t mean much anymore, but wow there were some absolute dunces lording over these newspapers “since 2007” who refused to even entertain the idea that the media landscape was changing no matter how much you tried to help then understand.

Print circulation for Gannett’s New Jersey newspapers — all down 90 or more percent since 2007. Most printing less than 2,000 copies per day.
