Lunch and dinner. 14” pizza with potato and roast chicken, and pesto and ricotta. It’s good, but next time I think I’ll mix some lemon zest in with the ricotta. Or maybe finish with a basil-lemon oil. There’s a lot of rich and earthy flavors going on, and some bright notes would elevate the pie.

Still playing with the @kingarthurbaking.bsky.social focaccia recipe. This time imagined as a rustic pizza with wild/volunteer tomatoes and herbs, and Asiago, Romano, and oil cured olives and sopressada. I’d not tried this sort of bake in an iron pan before.
