Having a rough one. I’m worried about my relationship might be on the rocks. Incredibly painful. Also frightening to imagine live a chronically ill life alone. It’ll be unbearably isolating.

I’m worried that she’s release this video because she knows she’s not going to be around after the next episode 😢

I want to start watching #fourhandstwosonatas, but I’m waiting to find out if there’s some sort of terrible end as that will influence if I will pick it up or not. But I’m avoiding the tag because I don’t want to be spoiled. Someone tell me if I should watch it after today’s episode airs.

The band that plays the outro music, LEENALCHI, are also worth checking out - it’s pansori mixed in with modern music style and instruments and I am obsessed with them.

Well, the other flip side of it being slow is that by the time there is actual results this regime will be long over.

Mari Lwyd @marilwyd.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Its shit. I don’t know if this is any comfort (this is so little in this area) but there is still research happening in UK and especially Germany. Hopefully the results can be imported into the USA. But it is so slow. Too slow. I’m sorry. X

Here's today's column on the astonishing, ongoing mistreatment of people with #ME/CFS. Please spread it far and wide: the only thing which can break the media's wall of indifference is seeing an article about the issue go viral. Thank you. 1/2 www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

Abandoned, dismissed and gaslighted: there is no excuse for the way ME sufferers have been betrayed | George Monbiot

Changes in guidance and science seem to have little impact on millions of devastated lives. It’s a social crisis playing out behind closed doors, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

My Rage Against the Machine/Les Mis mashup is complete. This is my interpretation of the quilt guild’s summer challenge “quilt with your interpretation and/or feelings towards our current ‘democracy’” all hand stitched.

Quilt hanging on a card catalog. Neutral background with navy cursive appliqué “Do you hear thr people sing?” The background is embroidered in red starting light and getting bolder the lyrics to “killing in the name” the quilting effect is a focused sunburst from the center.

We'd like your help with something. The one hundredth anniversary of Ursula's birth will take place in 2029. This may seem a long time away, but we’re already starting to think about how to celebrate Ursula’s life and art. We’d love to add your ideas to the mix—there's a brief survey here:

My three legged cat has figured out how to climb a ladder so when she jumps into the neighbours area, I just put out the ladder and she rescues herself. I am incredibly impressed because I used to have to climb over and pick her up, which was a pain in the arse.

There are some really good graphics on Tumblr that help you follow all the relationships episode by episode which I had open while watching for my first time and it really helped.

Booo. Rest, hydrate, eat lots of protein and veg. Nasal rinses and mouthwash can lower the viral load if you can stand it. After getting long Covid I have this whole protocol.

Just learned that Category Is Books, a lovely queer bookshop in Glasgow, has been targeted by transphobic violence, & is fundraising to cover the costs of a smashed window & roller shutters. I hate that they have to do this & would love to see them meet their goal.

This tiger from the RM x SFMOMA exhibition just became my favorite animal art ever. Look at that guy! You know he gets up to some shady tiger business. If I were Namjoon, I don't think I could loan him out for months at a time.

Painting of a tiger. Info: Lee WonChan, "Hodo (Tiger Painting)," 17th century.

Personal art interpretation: Tiger is very mischievous. He's about to start some shit.

I love Shin Ha Kyun so much, he has range even if some of his back catalogue is a little bit questionable. Truly, I think Beyond Evil is some of his best work. No one makes me cry quite like Lee Dongsik.

On Sunday I had a nice little interaction with a toddler. He was clearly very interested in my wheelchair, so I spun on the spot for him a couple of times. He then started rocking out with a wooden fork as if it was a guitar so I joined him with the drums. He gave me a little wave when I left. 🥰

I know the story very well, but I’d be interested to hear from someone who didn’t to find out if they could actually follow the story or understand the finer points. Is it clear why Odysseus is being prevented from returning home by the gods? Does Athena appearing sometimes make sense?
