Finally have an answer for why I haven't been able to function 'normally' despite my physical health gradually improving. I feel like I'm falling apart because of burnout. Specifically 'Autistic Burnout.' I've made the decision to get help and started the assessment process so I can improve my QOL.

I really, really, REALLY want to delete Twitter. I hate that @ become reusable 30 days after deactivation. I've dealt repeatedly in the past with impersonation so relinquishing an account I've been active on since 09 for anyone to resurrect to would be bad. I guess I'm leaving it to rot instead.
