When the sun begins to push its rays through the windows and dawn arrives, it’s time for Nasty to go to bed.
During the day, the library is far too noisy anyway. The humans get terribly excited whenever they see her.
Whenever they catch a glimpse of her, they shout with delight: NASTY #folktaleweek

#folktaleweek2025 day 6 storm The storm raging outside isn’t so bad especially not when Nasty can stay here, safe and warm, with her friends. Then she likes to imagine a sky heavy with clouds, with leaves and lightning swirling across it. Her mind always spins the wildest tales.

An illustration depicting a stormy scene with dark, swirling clouds and a red neon moon at the center. Lightning strikes are shown in purple, while winds create swirling patterns. A mouse character wearing a white hooded outfit, with a round face and big eyes and ears looks in the sky.

My cover page for Folktaleweek with all the prompts. It shows a piece of wall with a mouse hole, partially illuminated by a beam of light. Two eyes glow from the darkness of the hole.

#folktaleweek2025 day 4 book Nasty loves the library and even more so when it rains. That’s when all her friends come to visit, to read and dream together. They light tiny lamps and dive into the pages of their favorite books. #kitlit #folktaleweek #folktaleweekbook #sketchbook #illustration

Day 2 #folktaleweek Then Nasty listens to all the sounds whispering beneath the old wooden floorboards, the rustling of leaves outside the window, and tonight, to the raindrops tapping against the glass. That soft echo trickles slowly into Nasty’s ears. #folktaleweek2025 @folktaleweek.bsky.social

🌋 Embers 🌋 Rotak ready for battle in the 'Schmiedeöfen' (lit. 'Forge Furnaces'). Entry for last month's #orctober and inspired by madden_ing's #OCtober prompt 'embers' on Instagram. #orcs #embers #originalcharacter #medievalfantasy #noai

Rotak, a greenskinned orc dressed in a worn, black, sleeveless hoodie, with a large doublebit axe at the ready and looking angered, stands battleready facing the viewer in a cavelike, volcanic environment. Glowing sparks swirl around him. His silhouette is outlined from behind by bright, yellow light. In the background, lava cascades down from both sides of the picture.

A group of five friends lounges together on a couch, smiling and embracing each other warmly. One person is reaching out toward them, while speech bubbles indicate playful dialogue about the person reaching out hurrying to come to them on the couch. The setting has a cozy vibe with colorful decor in the background, a pride flag and an old She-Ra Poster. The characters shown in the piece from left to right are: Catra, Bow, Seahawk, Adora and Glimmer.

That's what MS feels like to me. Uncontrolled. Wild. Painful. Sometimes even beautiful, simply because priorities are suddenly shifted, because beautiful moments can have a different effect and it forces me to want less, to be able to do less and still be satisfied. It’s shitty nonetheless.

The picture shows a black circle in the centre, which is painted in an almost spidery manner and moves within itself. A slight twitching in the centre and the edges. Towards the outside, confused lines branch out without a plan and wind into lighter-coloured lines, dots and spots. The picture seems conceptless and wild and uncontrolled and that is intentional. Because that's how this disease feels to me.
