I've been on this road a long time...
Stationery paper and star stickers over a green background. Text: "My whole life, there've only ever been two things I've wanted to be..."1. a faery

Scrapbook style page includes a photo of a messy-haired girl in a pink faery costume, holding a watering can ("garden faery, age 5"), a young woman in a white dress and faery wings ("age 19"), and a doodle ("drawn by a friend, age 15") that includes "Marley is a fairy! or a ghost"2. a writer

Scrapbook style page includes a photo of a little girl sitting at a desk and holding up a writing utensil ("age 5"), cramped little kid writing ("diary entry, age 7, declaring plans to publish a book"), and a cut out from a black and white senior magazine ("voted 'most likely to be the next great author' in high school")"Guess I'll settle for being a writer of faery books" (smiley face)

Shows cover of THE BONE BRIDES, by Marley Rose-Teter, and a photo of the author holding three ARCs, labeled "a debut novelist!"

I get that this was an ad supplement, but failure to fact check seems pretty typical of the lack of respect many media outlets have for book coverage. Hard to imagine a similar preview of summer movies that don’t exist—there would be an instant outcry.
