It hits in the summer because, you may not have noticed, there are few washroom facilities in fieldwork. This year, because there was no way to track the outbreak, it could not be contained. This year was not a normal summer cycle.

Here is what I want to point out to everyone: Every summer we have cyclospora and other food-borne illnesses. The outbreaks are usually small & localized. What was remarkable about this year's outbreak was how large the outbreak was & how it hit rural communities harder.

That's not the real problem. The real problem is the uninformed voter who thinks the SAVE Act has already passed and won't vote because they do not know what IDs are required. A second real problem are poll workers who think it is their duty to impose the SAVE Act, even though it never passed.

I have no problem with self-reflection. In fact, I think there should be more of it. My objection is two years of bad-mouthing Democrats - helping Republicans by trying to suppress Democratic turnout - then crying "Why?" when they suddenly claim to be Democrats in the primary.

I agree with you. With as many voter purge excuses that have already been used, you know a citizenship database has already been used. My point is, if the voter rolls have already been scanned for citizenship then why would a registered voter need to produce citizenship papers?
