So, #hrcommunity, what are your priorities for 2025? Putting to one side the big ticket items (AI, hybrid working, the employment rights bill, etc) my priority is to support our people amid uncertainty prompted by us being acquired. Some things are more closer to home than the big ticket stuff.

I guess it’s not as newsworthy to flip the stats around and say that 2 out of 3 say the response to Covid was proportionate, and 5 out of 6 said they didn’t regret getting vaccinated… The power of language.

Remember walking around the first skyscraper that was built by Olympia & York thinking “whatever are they thinking…it will never catch on”. Sure they went under, but it caught on, and shows how little I know about commercial real estate! Darn impressive comparative view though, eh?
