The point of the post is you should not tell people to vote as a form of harm reduction. It has zero to say about voting for lesser of two evils, or as I used it, harm reduction voting. Those a very important difference.

That isn’t how harm reduction works in any context. Harm reduction is making something inherently unsafe a little more safe. Needle exchanges are a good example.
