The SCORE Act collapsed. The substance is now moving to a Cantwell-Cruz Senate bill — backed by the same people who pushed SCORE. But, Cantwell has been a hard no on an NCAA antitrust exemption. If that holds, it’s time to listen to athletes. My take ⤵️
