Una KAB viene indirizzata verso un punto geografico programmato attraverso sistemi di navigazione inerziale e satellitare. Considerando il livello di barbarie raggiunto dai russi é possibile che il punto geografico fosse stato programmato. Vuol dire che probabilmente hanno voluto colpire la scuola.
