i never played pauper enough back when i played MTG regularly but i really should’ve. never went beyond slapping together whatever i had laying around but i did write down this walls combo wayyy the hell back, forgot where i found it

Steps:
1. Flood battlefield with defender mana dorks
2. Enchant Axebane Guardian with Freed from the Real to tap / untap indefinitely
3. Transmute Drift of Phantasms to find Valakut Invoker
4. Cast Valakut, then use infinite mana to deal infinite damage to target player

on this; recently “upgraded” my old switch lite that i never used to a full OG switch, now that they’re dirt cheap. had the really good effect of making me excited to play new games again. helps a bunch that it’s just so clean, whoever i bought it from on ebay took real good care of it.
