/pos (From David Larbi’s Frequently Happy)

Picture of a page from a book with the words, “In the difficult situations where a relationship is hugely changed or even lost because I have requested a boundary be respected, I have had to remind myself that the healing process is something that can be completed, whereas the continuous hurt from not feeling heard or respected becomes far more painful over time. Establishing our boundaries is difficult but worth it.It's very important for our self-protection and hugely important for our self-care.”

I mostly use my old digital camera for personal photos, but sometimes it proves itself worthy for other purposes too ♡ #photography #naturephotography
