Sure, it doesn't depict absolute location but it does represent the location of each step relative to its origin (wherever that may be). Even better, it shows what the dancer should look like at each stage at each time. So it's kind of a polar coordinate time-sequence map!

Providence banned algorithm-driven services that set prices because if landlords all use a program that sets prices high, the algorithm acts as anti-competitive price fixing which is illegal.

A huge branch of GIS is housing analysis (compare against similar size, neighborhood, amenities etc). The math could come out one way but if you can't fill the property, it won't matter how good the model is and you have to lower the rent. Housing shortages mean landlords have market power.
