Live2D Tip | Cubism 5.3 vs VTS SDK 5.0 Cubism 5.3 supports more blend modes, but VTube Studio is still limited to SDK 5.0. For VTuber models in VTS, only Normal / Add / Multiply work properly as of now. Save this 👀 #Live2D #VTubeStudio

4️⃣【 For Live2D Riggers 】 You can use the new Live2D Cubism 5.3 Editor when creating your models, but you cannot use the new model features (new blend modes, off-screen rendering, ...) When exporting, make sure you select "SDK 5.0/Cubism 5.0", otherwise VTS will not be able to load your models.

This. Show/hide unselected object really worth setting a hotkey, frequently "solo" the deformers working on also helps with debugging parts covered by other parts in default view. AND my last resort is start rigging in a new model file. Then combine the model and physics afterwards 😭
