Credo di avere colto in fallo Geo: nella puntata in onda ora su Rai 5 viene datata al 1837 la prima ricetta di pasta al pomodoro nota in Italia, ma in quella prima edizione della Cucina teorico-pratica di Ippolito Cavalcanti non c'era: fu aggiunta nella seconda edizione, nel 1839.

An earlier version from THE DALEK BOOK (1964). Artist credits at the front of the book are for R. Jennings, J. Woods & A.B. Cornwell but it doesn't tell you who did what.
