The latest ENSO predictions (via Columbia/IRI) are a bit more bullish now w.r.t. substantial El Niño event, w/ consensus dynamical models peaking at Niño3.4~2C and statistical models at Niño~1.3C. This will impact our seasonal hurricane forecast (watch this space!). iri.columbia.edu/our-expertis...
