On a lighter note: Got my sprit sheet done. Problem is, I don’t think I have enough frames in my idle animation/don’t have my idle animation lined up correctly for it to work properly. But it works, and at this point that’s all that matters #classwork #2Dgame #spritesheet

I owe my first animation teacher an apology AND a thank you. Did I grumble about learning animation via stop motion? A LOT! Did it help make animation easier to digest? Clearly, seeing as my jump sprite animation looks like THIS!! 😵‍💫 #WIP #animation

“Why put yourself through this when you can just get the paint?” Because where’s the fun? Where’s the challenge? Sure I could get the paint and make my life easier, but I wouldn’t get the same satisfaction from it as if I’d done it with alcohol markers and color pencils youtube.com/shorts/gI9_Q...

✨SHOP UPDATE THIS SATURDAY 3pm CEST!!!✨ Finally releasing two of my fictional botanicals as fine arts prints but there will also be a new sticker set and several original paintings up for adoption! Save the date~ #TraditionalArt #FantasyArt #ShopSmall

A photo of two portrait-format prints, placed on a wooden desk and coloured paper, and surrounded by leaves, flowers, and crystals. Both prints feature a black background and on them paintings of fictional botanicals inspired by real plants. The print on the left shows a glowing version of Polygonatum, a plant with white, hanging bell-shaped flowers, titled Polygonatum ardens ("Bells of the Lost"). The print on the right shows a glowing version of Dicentra, a plant with pink/white heart-shaped hanging flowers, titled Dicentra incandens ("Radiant Hearts").

Run animation for my new sprite for a class project. Now to do the idle and jump… Yay 😭💀 Still, I’m proud of how surprisingly smooth this came out. That animator’s survival kit is definitely worth the investment 💜

Won’t go into specifics about what brought this on, but to anyone out there who’d actively want ADHD… Why? It’s not cool. It’s not quirky. I don’t like having such poor object permanence that I forgot where I placed my keys that were in my hands not two minutes ago. -

For anyone who’s done 3D animation, does this look doable in 12 weeks? It’s meant to be low poly, and I’m gonna be getting to work on the characters within the next few days. I’ve already one person say it looks doable, but I’m just curious what do y’all think?

Okay! So I decided to open up little $3 head-shot sketches for folks who donate to my Ko-fi! Please share this around if you can, if you donated before hand and would like a piece of art - please dm me and we can work something out!~

$3 Head-Shot Sketches!

Howdy! I feel the need to do something kind for everyone that I wanted to donate to my Ko-fi, so I figured this wouldn’t hurt to do as a way of helping reach our goal for moving!~

To anyone who has donated before hand, if you’d like a drawing please feel free to DM me with a character of your choice and I will be more than happy to draw them!~

For now, here are the rules for future donos!~:

Doodle limits are 5 coffees (just so I can keep track of the little orders)
You can ask for 5 head-shots, or if you want I can do 1 full-body drawing of 1 character. Please be sure to specify which one you’d like!~

You can do 5 different characters (or all 1 character!)
DM me on Discord (@/CuppaCuppa) or send me a DM on Ko-Fi with your character(s)

No NSFW

If you just want to donate and do not want anything in return, please be sure to add to your donation “Keep the Change” just so I know which donos would like a little drawing and which are normal donos.

Either way, thank you all again for all of the love and support you’ve shown me and my wife so far. We greatly appreciate you all, and we know that once we get settled everything will be a-okay. We are keeping our spirits high till we start looking for houses this fall/winter.

ko-fi.com/cuppacuppa/g... Hey so, I decided to make a KoFi goal to help me and @wudelu.bsky.social move out by the end of the year. If you need a little more context please read the goal/text slide that explains it. I would greatly appreciate any and all reposts and donations if able. Thank you.

Me and Wubb will be trying to move out by January when our lease is up at our current apartment.

As much as we adore our home and have spent 5+ years here, the unfortunate reality is that we’ve got very toxic family members that know where we live.

My side of the family thankfully keeps to themselves and only pesters me on occasions, Wubb’s side has frankly gotten to a point of being extremely concerning. Thankfully we are not in immediate danger, but without going into too much detail - we are constantly on edge on whether or not that may change in the drop of a hat (considering how far gone mentally this specific family member is.)

So with the donation goal that I set up, this is being used to save for a deposit for a rented out house and/or townhome, if we manage to surpass it (or have saved up on our end to be able to afford a deposit) the money will still be used to help with moving. Either with renting a moving van or with starting us off with the first year’s rent when we find a new place.

With moving, we hope to not only get into a bigger - more roomier space. But more importantly a peace of mind knowing that we are away from the family members that aren’t in the right state of mind at the moment.
