I second L'Occitane! The big round Nivea Soft tin is great, and Mixa is worth checking out too. I hate using hand cream but their Crème Mains Réparatrice is amazing, I usually stock up when I visit my mum.

They're not the same, though. You can add "bonne journée" after "au revoir", but you wouldn't use it instead of it. At least I don't think so. I don't speak French enough anymore, I'm starting to doubt everything 😅

Oh I see. I didn't know it wasn't obligatory in Ohio, I definitely understand how overwhelming it would be all of a sudden. Here we only recycle glass, plastic, paper and cardboard, it's a good place to start.

What's tripping you up with the recycling? Whenever I visit my mum I'm always surprised by just how much she puts in the recycling bin compared to what I do in the UK. I can easily ask her if you need anything made clearer.
