Speaking of my diet, I am feeling 1000000x better and I have been slowly been losing weight. Almost 10 lbs since March which is the biggest drop ever not counting going through radiation therapy. I don't look pregnant anymore 😭😭😭

I have absolutely no qualms w veganism and have even attempted it myself for a bit (but messed me up real bad not realizing my health issues) but I legit want to know if people who push for everyone should be vegan would be able to come up with a vegan dietary plan for someone like me

I'm slowly losing weight on my new diet a month in 🥹 I'm losing a little less than a lb a week but I heard that's better bc it's more likely to stay off. And I only wanna drop ~20 lbs. Also a loooot less bloated!!

I highly hiiiiighly recommend anyone with stomach, digestive, and weight issues go to a dietitian!! I made some minor changes in my eating habits and for the first time in my life outside of cancer treatment, I AM LOSING WEIGHT!!! Also, albeit slowly my 10+ years of bloating is going down
