I appreciate how easy to interpret you made the pixel blobs into chicks. I love the challenge of doing that with pixel art!

I hit some breakthroughs for sure today! I'm so close to the point where I'll have all the tools made to actually start making the art and putting it together. I can't wait.

Solo game devving really is a lot of "ah this sounds like it'll be easy to add" followed by "why did this other thing break for no reason" huh?

I'm trying to do more art cause less you do the more you'll legit forget how to draw. As you can see it took me MANY attempts to get a pose that didn't look 100% awkward. Hopefully I'll have more of this done by the next week. #VTuber #VTuberEN #WIP #Procreate #Art #sketch #lewd

Me, a week ago: "Finally, my skill system is working, so adding it to my enemy AI is probably quick work." Me, today: *Still doesn't have skill system working with enemy AI* #gamedev

So I actually did manage to sleep early... But, then I woke up early and didn't go back to sleep, so I didn't gain any sleep at all and now I'm even MORE tired. I'm going to try to sleep in one more time tonight. Cancelling stream tonight. :(

I'm always so determined to fix my sleep every time I wake up after 4 hours and have to go to work. I get the feeling I'll just stay up tonight again, anyway. I'll get home and get a drive to work on my game or something and get too excited to sleep. Vicious cycle...

I could try that! I referenced her original model's color scheme though, which has these two eye types as toggles, and the green of her eyes do match her hair. But, I am curious how it'd look with a different shade just for the eyes now.

Through your NormalBoots back in 2015. I didn't really like watching YouTube until then. I'd watch linked videos, but that's it. But I got super into JonTron, and when I ran out of content, I found you. Glad I did. You're the only one I still watch regularly after all these years in that group.

Community notes is definitely one of the good things to come out from Twitter. I'm wondering if anything about the concept would be antithetical to Bluesky though. (Having not put a whole lot of thought into it yet)

That's what I did! Funny enough, it was editing these sideview battler sprites that came with an RPG Maker XP plugin over a decade ago that got me to figure out pixel art and learn to adore it.

If someone's only hurdle between creating their own piece of art and not is a fear of posing in a way that makes them happy, I definitely wouldn't shame them for finding their own way to overcome it via 3D model posing. In the end, we all find our own ways to make our art which makes it unique to us

I fall into the same trap sometimes myself. It's hard not to when social media is only people talking about their achievements, without the failures. I find myself having to step away and reorient myself sometimes. I know there are people who see me in a position they wish they were in as well.
