Kept crushing on girls that fit that trope, plus I was an avid reader so I was around books a lot. Saw the Read or Die OVA sometime in high school and fell in love with Yomiko Readman, who is depicted as a bibliophile, and that cinched it for me, lol

The kinks question I have no idea how to answer, for the most part XD The book fetish I can explain pretty thoroughly, though. Played Harvest Moon 64 as a little kid and had a big crush on Maria, the librarian. Got a taste for that design trope (glasses, bookish, black hair, braids, shy).

Ran into a snag, the plywood is a quarter inch too big for the window. That’s too small to take off with my saw, so I’m going box cutter + hammer + flathead, to sort of chisel it off

Did a little DIY and replaced a missing part! That’s what the thin strip was for. I’m guessing this is why the previous tenants left the unit behind. Their loss!

I have now made the large wood into smaller, sanded wood. That last thin strip was SO hard to saw off. I’m gonna have some blisters from this one, haha
