Poor Peri was abandoned at the cafe today by her dad. He had a meeting in the city so left to catch a tram. She only had her mum and other friends - so was technically alone. Poor girl. Please send thoughts and prayers. #DogsOfBluesky

We went to the Cartier exhibition today at the NGV. It was very crowded and dark, so hard to see or read info. Lucky for me the tiara room was less busy. Able to photograph a few beauties.

Just finished making spicy carrot, red lentils and greens (from the garden) soup. Made in prep for eating after dental appointment tomorrow. Not a great colour but hopefully it tastes ok. Will serve with spicy Japanese sprinkles. 🍽️🍜🥕🧅🧄🥔🥬

For your information. Whilst you don’t have to complete a census if you’re overseas, you do have to mark yourself as absent and your house vacant on census night. I checked before we left but all it said was you didn’t need to do the census. I had a letter on our return & have marked us overseas.
