This is the Electric Tilt Train, the fastest narrow-gauge electric train in the world. The jewel of Queensland train engineering and manufacturing. That’s my dad, who spent many hours doing electrical quality assurance. Every time I see one of these trains, I’m reminded of how proud he made us.

I think this would be a very decent starting point that I found on tomshardware. 32GB RAM will give headroom with Windows 11, but it is the GeForce RTX 5060 which will do most of the heavy lifting with any graphics-intensive programs where the rendering and exporting happens on the PC itself.

That sounds lovely and I am happy for you. I am so out of shape I am starting with trips to the shopping centre with my support workers especially on hot days here in Brisbane. Normally Saturday and Sunday were my big days when my wife could come with me.

Homemade sports drink
If you regularly engage in strenuous activity of an hour or more and feel you could benefit from a 'sports drink', you don't need to fork out for a commercial one. Here's a recipe from the US
Olympic Committee website:
1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup hot water 1/4 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 ½ cups cold water
Dissolve the sugar and salt in hot water, then add juices and cold water.
A simpler recipe is to combine 500mL of unsweetened fruit juice, 500mL of water and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. Experiment a little with the proportions - less juice, more water and half the salt will make it hypotonic (less concentrated).

Here’s my first selfie of a flare up of fibromyalgia on here. I used to not have a name for these and didn’t understand that it wasn’t normal to only be able to ‘find comfort’ by laying on the floor with a weighted blanket. The trigger was disrupting my weekend routine by travelling.
