i do believe theres valid criticisms to be had about this website but people calling it dead may just be used to algorithms constantly showing you new stuff out of order, pplclaim they want social media feeds that are chronological but forget that it means you catch up to your feed/stop scrolling

A little guide to help artists properly post their art in Bluesky! #tutorial

An image with notes explaining how to properly post art on Bluesky so it gets picked up by the Feeds' algorithms, allowing more people to see your art. Among the tips are: Using hashtags, tagging your art as adult or suggestive content, using the Alt Text (Alternative Text) function, and reposting (retweeting) your own art multiple times along the day.

PSA for ENG-speaking folks looking to discover JP/KR/CN accounts and having difficulty—🦋discovery settings have a sandboxing feature that defaults to languages enabled on your phone. change that by going to Settings > Basics > Languages > Content Languages and select the ones your want (or none/all)

Reposting this-- Bluesky hides NSFW posts from you by default so you'll miss my work if you don't turn it on: SETTINGS > MODERATION> Set toggle to Enabled ✨ Also be sure to turn on "sexually suggestive (cartoon)" setting: SETTINGS > MODERATION > Bluesky Moderation Service > Set to "off"
