Life lately….. I had a fantastic follow up appointment with my Cardiac Specialist in Boston last Tue. He was over the top pleased with my progress. Then, I took a few days vaca along the coast of Maine (not alone ☺️). Life is beautiful ♥️ #FeelingGood #Summer #Maine #Love

It was a great day!! I did 52 laps around the entire Cardiac ward, felt good to get up & go!! 😁 The Sotalol medication is working just fine, EKG’s show I’m in the required margins. The Cardiologist is very pleased. #KeepGoing #NewJourney #HeartHealth

Home for the next 4 days. A room with a view of the river. As they start me on a new medication that will slow the progression of my Ventricular Tachycardia disease, it requires very close monitoring. Lots of quiet time, reflection & peaceful acceptance of this new path. #HeartHealth #Strength

😔 New Development overnight. Swelling on my left arm from neck down the arm and lots of discomfort. Heading in to my EP Doctors office for urgent ultrasound. 😔 praying 🙏🏻 it’s not a blood clot. Possibly Deep Vein Thrombosis resulting from the ICD implant. #HeartHealth #PositiveThoughts
