At dinner tonight, I watched a group of kids pump their arms at passing vehicles to get the drivers to honk their horns. Every time someone honked, the kids jumped up and down and cheered loudly. Such joy! Reminded me of being a kid on car trips trying to get semi drivers to honk as we drove past.

Our FIV+ boys had their mid-year check ups. Oscar, Arthur, T’Challa, Anthony and Jack are fat and healthy!! FIV+ cats live long, healthy lives. They just need extra attention.

My new tattoo. My best friend asked me if I decided to go ahead & self identify as Autistic as the rainbow infinity sign is a symbol for autism. I’m not really sure. The rainbow butterfly is a symbol for ADHD & I just loved the image with the rainbow infinity symbol. I do suspect I’m also Autistic.

Last night, Capitol Police arrested roughly 60 veterans and their family members outside the U.S. Capitol. The group had gathered to hold a peaceful sit-in on the Capitol steps, but police intentionally set up a barrier of bike racks to prevent them from demonstrating.
