Users who consume more can pay more, while lighter users pay less. Sounds fair in theory. What I've learned: not every user needs credit-based licensing. Many are happy with M365 Copilot, while a smaller group are occasional power users. #AI #Copilot #PAYG #Licensing

We set my #Copilot #Cowork credit limit to about what #Claude Max would cost ($200). Mid-month and my credits are nearly gone. With Copilot, enterprise data, security, compliance, #governance, and data boundaries are already there. Flat rate vs. token-based pricing? #ShadowAI

You can get 2 types of answers from #Copilot #Cowork: fast or smart. So is the token spending worth it for a smart answer, or is Copilot without Cowork "good enough"? For me, the smarter way is always the best approach. My intention is to get good output instead of quick output. #Credits

Organisations are used to user-based licensing. Usage-based licensing feels different because costs can be harder to predict. #Copilot #Cowork is consumption-based on top of #Microsoft365 Copilot. Value is huge, but #governance matters Use credit limits to create visibility. #AI
