Mostly I think they go for the pageantry of awfulness and the feeling of being part of the mob. But they really look bored during his mindless brain dumps. They tend to leave early and look at their phones, disconnected from his speeches. It's fascinating. It's like it doesn't matter what he says.

I live here too. And seriously, it's not everyone. Also, we're not as red as everyone seems to believe. The corrupt GOP here has captured their power through gerrymandering and cheating. They need to be voted out. It's not easy, but it can happen.
