and it gets rly weird or complicated when youre used to having intense passion for something and you crave the energy of actually DOING something, but the meds leave u with negative dopamine so in order to maintain a sense of self or accomplishment at all u just let urself collect something stupid.

I think subconsciously I dont want the person to feel like theyre alone or the only person to cause trouble, when actually im confronting them about situations that pertain to them so i should just keep it focused on THEM. idk the laps of direct communication kinda makes me feel like a weenie.

I noticed when Im confronting someone I dont use the word "You" enough. And i think that can come off as too vague and not direct. But the problem is, even tho im aware of it, i dont catch myself doing it until after when im playing the conversation back in my head.
