TUMBLR RESTORED LETS HEAR IT FOR THE POWER OF COLLECTIVE ACTION

Maeve “Looney” Mooney @maevemooney.bsky.social · 16/03/2026

This blew up on tumblr so I’m putting it here too! Happy (late) Ides of March! May we all be able to channel our inner Ferb. #art

Phineas and Ferb from the "not yet, Ferb" screenshot, only Phineas is saying "NOW, FERB!" while furiously directing Ferb towards his target, while Ferb sprints determinedly towards whoever deserves such a punishment, mace in hand. The scene at the salon is blood red. We are angry, and rightfully so. If we take action, it will be now.

My favorite episode of the new season of Phineas and Ferb is the Harberdasher. Read the alt text :) #perryshmirtz

I am unashamed to admit that the Harberdasher is my favorite new episode by far.

It’s got everything. Body horror. OWCA Lore.

The reconciliation of former nemeses (former life partners, made enemies once again), one of whom has now horrifically deformed himself (both in mind and in body) in his efforts to change and grow and make life meaningful, the other who has been up until now furious at his partner for allowing himself to backslide into old destructive habits, only to realize in this moment that despite everything his partner needs him now more than ever.

Cool hats

Image ID: a viscerally messy sketch with dramatic colored shadows and lighting. The top panel, in teal, is Perry the Platypus, reeling back in concern and horror. The bottom panel is rendered in rusty red, like old blood, and depicts Heinz Doofenshmirtz, not all there but still smirking dangerously like the predator he's become, a moth style monster.

Some concepts I did for Isabella’s home in the Summerstuck AU I’ve got

two messy pink architectural sketches of Isabella Garcia Shapiro's home for an AU where she's a Homestuck troll living on the alien planet of Alternia.
The top sketch is of the outside of the building, a luxurious beachfront home with an asymmetrical layout and padoga-style roofs, surrounded by palm trees and overlooking an open waterfront surrounded by mountains overlooking the setting moons.
The sketch below is of the interior of the topmost room in the building. It is a small square room with intricately designed windows on every wall, surrounded by desks on each window except for the wall with the window that looks out front.
There are 7 desk chairs in the space, each with a symbol on it that denotes it as belonging to a different fireside girl. The one that Isabella uses is set in front of a cluttered computer workspace. The floor at the center of the room boasts a teleportation pad.
There are several screenshots scattered throughout the image, references from Phineas and Ferb, of Isabella's bedroom, the Garcia-Shapiro household, and Isabella's palanquin from the Ancient China AU episode.

Original text from tumblr post: “Here’s some Isabella-related set design I did for a Summerstuck animatic I’m working on. Since Isabella is basically a princess in this AU, I wanted to make her house bigger and grander, while still feeling like her home from the series. It was fun to think about “if Isabella could have any sort of home she wanted, with no limits, what would she have?” Of course, my personal taste for homes that are small but full, with every single space having a purpose, might have influenced the design, but I think the results feel homey but luxurious all the same.

I wound up pulling influence from her palanquin in the Ancient China AU episode, since she’s basically a princess there as well, which gives the architecture of the building as a whole a sort of “Imperial Chinese palace/Mexican vacation home fusion” vibe that I quite like.”

Why do people say that making Phineas in 3D is always cursed. That boy’s head was SO easy to translate into 3D space. I banged this out in like 3 hours just to have a good reference for a mini comic. Isabella is way harder to 3D model actually

a blender screenshot. there are three copies of the same 2 rough models of Phineas and Isabella's heads from Phineas and Ferb.Phineas's head is triangular, with a sharp nose, no chin, and a very sharp forehead, with spherical eyes. Isabella's model is made from a sphere that had been cut in half and several isometric spheres, with a sharp bow on top of her head. Their heads are mashed together in the last copy in a way that simulates a kiss.

Forgot to post these Homestucksona sprites I made back when I first heard about the Homestuck pilot! Image IDs in alt text

two Homestuck style sprites of the same character, one as an adult and one as a child. Both have short dark hair with a teal streak in it that swoops to one side, covering one eye. The adult wears a monochrome outfit, with a n95 face mask, a white collared shirt, a black tie, a knee-length black skirt, tall black socks with white stripes, and bulky laced shoes. The child version has eyes and a smile, but no face mask, and instead wears a y shirt with a picture of a teal crescent moon and a pink angular heart, with a Jean skirt and knee-high black and white converse.

The same two characters, but both are now wearing the god teir garb of a Rogue of Breath. The outfits are various shades of blue with orange and yellow accents. The outfit itself consists of a neutral blue tunic with a dark blue hood and dark blue pants, with a swirly cyan symbol and cyan laces. The adult version has an orange n95 face mask and looser fitting pants, while the child version wears a blue domino mask and has the pants tucked into her knee-high shoes.

Phineas and Isabella from Phineas and Ferb as young adults. They are trapped in a small enclosed space. Phineas is a lanky woman with long red hair tied back with a blue bow in a low ponytail, wearing a loose striped orange and yellow shirt with blue shorts and blue high tops. She is sprawled in the bottom of the enclosed space, her feet and arms loosely braced against the walls. Isabella is a strong curvy woman with a build that resembles a wrestler. She is wearing her black hair back in a loose, messy bun, and is wearing a mid-sleeved magenta tunic with a draped hem and a dark belt, with light pink kapris and magenta flats. Isabella is crouched above her girlfriend, arms and legs also braced against the walls of the enclosed space. The two women are almost straddling eachother in the somewhat awkward position.

an adult transgirl Phineas Flynn (Phoenix Flynn) stands back-to-back with an adult transgirl Buford Van Stomm.
Pheonix is lanky, with long hair pulled back with a wrench-shaped barrette and a low ponytail. Buford has shorter hair, also tied back in a low ponytail, and is taller, wider, fatter, and more muscular. Phoenix wears a striped turtleneck with dark jeans, and Buford wears a punk outfit with ripped fishnet stockings, combat boots, a skirt, and a ripped sleeveless jacket.
Text reads:

Pheonix Flynn:
-Trans girl
-she/her
-changed name & pronouns
-sees past self as the little boy she used to be
-Transitioning slowly. Prioritizes social transition over physical transition
-steals Isabella's clothes (Isabella also steals Pheonix's clothes so it evens out)
-Offers every trans person she meets a free go on the gender change machine she made for Buford
-Was super nervous to come out to her family before Ferb pointed out that Candace is also trans. She forgor;

Buford Van Stomm
-Trans girl
-He/Him
-kept name & pronouns
-"I was always a girl, Dinner Bell, just took me a while to realize it."
-Asked P&F for a gender change machine as soon as he realized he was a girl. All or nothing, b*tch
-prioritizes physical transition

A commission for @rovenami.bsky.social based on @turning-the-tides Magical Girl Fireside Girls AU over on tumblr. Gretchen and Adyson are beating up monsters and gathering patches! #phineasandferb #firesidegirls #commission #art #fanart #gretchen #adyson

Adyson from Phineas and Ferb punches an orange bug monster with comic book hero levels of force. She is drawn wearing blue feminine armor with magical gauntlets, and he is humanoid and bug-like. The movement is accentuated with streaks of lightning-esque light, and a big POW!

Gretchen stands, drawing back an arrow of pure green light in a magical feathered bow. She is wearing a green outfit, one that is less armored and more aristocratic, though no less sporty or feminine.

Gretchen unleashes the arrow, and it spears the center of the buglike monster's form with silent efficiency. The creature dissolves into ash, leaving behind only a single small scrap of fabric. It flutters down to the ground in a winding path.

Gretchen kneels down and picks up the patch, while Adyson approaches with smug confidence, dismissing the existence of her gauntlets with a wave of her hand. Adyson says. "Looks like we got the "Let's Beat Up Monsters" patch. Gretchen replies, "Apparently, it's called the "monster of the day" patch." Adyson shrugs and says "First of many, I guess. Where's the next one?"

A commission for @tyrannonoddy.bsky.social ! We were talking he/him transfemme Buford joining the Fireside Girls later in life. Definitely one of my favorites 😁 #bufordvanstomm #firesidegirls #isabellagarciashapiro #phineasandferb #baljeet #fanart #commission #art #bujeet

Young adult Isabella Garcia Shapiro and a young adult transfemme Buford Van Stomm sit on the floor in front of a spread of Fireside Girls patches in what appears to be a Fireside Girls office building. Isabella appears to be explaining something to Buford. They are both wearing the adult fireside girls councilor uniform; brown shirts with red collars. Buford wears his uniform sleeveless, with a red skirt and his usual brown combat boots, while Isabella wears hers as a mid-sleeved tunic with a red belt, white pants, and red converse. She is also sporting her custom orange Fireside Girls beret with the big red bow, and wearing a yellow sash crowded with patches. Buford is muscular and curvaceous, wearing skull earrings and a low ponytail. He is not wearing his fireside girls hat, but rather clutching it in his hand on the floor next to him, as though he feels like he isn’t ready to take on the mantle quite yet. A young adult Baljeet stands in the doorway of the room, staring at Buford with a flushed look of surprise, awe, and admiration.

Here’s the main cast of the Summerstuck AU, in the order they entered the game! Warning, alt text is a doozy, since there’s a lot of characters to describe. I hope you enjoyed! #homestuck #phineasandferb #trollsona #fanart #art #eyestrain #longpost

The players of the Summerstuck AU, in the order they entered the game! They’re doing the mobius double reacharound strategy by accident, so the “teens” and “kids” are two different teams that inevitably link up. The order is like this, starting with the server player and using their names in the show for clarity’s sake:
Team Kid: Isabella => Phineas => Ferb => Baljeet => Buford
Team Teen: Vanessa => Candace => Jeremy => Stacy => Perry => Doofenshmirtz
To complete the loop, Stacy pulls double server duty to bring in Vanessa and Doofenshmirtz brings in Isabella.
Phineas Flynn (Phneas Flyynn) is a gold blood with a blue/orange color scheme. Behind him is bright red. Candace Flynn (Candis Fllynn) is a teal blood with long horns wearing a black crop top over her usual red and white outfit. Behind her is gold. Ferb Fletcher (Ferrbb Fltchr) is a jade blood with a hooked horn and a nose ring. Behind him is cerulean blue. Jeremy Johnson (Jeremy Jonson) is an olive blood with white hair and pale grey eyes. Behind him is purple. Baljeet Tjinder (Baljyt Tjindr) is an indigo blood with arrow-shaped horns. Behind him is olive. Buford Van Stomm (Buford Vanstm) is a bronze blood with scars and bandages. Behind him is Indigo. Stacy Hirano (Stacey Hirano) is a purple blood with Kabuki Theatre style makeup and brightly colored clothing. Behind her is bronze. Perry the Platypus (Perry the Lusus/Perry the Platybeast) is a small anthropomorphic platypus with pale fur, a grappling hook, and his signature fedora. Behind him is lavender. Vanessa Doofenshmirtz (Vanesa Doofnz) is a cerulean blood wearing more white than black. Her symbol is grey. Behind her is teal. Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz (Heinzz Doofnz) is an adult troll with mutant red blood. He is tall, with dark grey skin, bright red eyes, and a broken horn. Behind him is fuchsia. Isabella Garcia-Shapiro (Isabela Garsha) is a fuchsia blood, with fins instead of ears, holding a trident. Behind her is magenta.

And finally, rounding out our main cast for the Summerstuck AU are our token adults of the session! Some backstory for my favorite losers in the alt text!! #homestuck #phineasandferb #perryshmirtz #fanart #art #longpost

Perry the Platypus is a pale-colored lusus holding a purple grappling hook and wearing his signiture hat. Doofenshmirtz is an adult troll with a broken horn and bright red eyes.

(As a clarification for the uninformed, a Lusus is an animal caretaker of children in Alternian culture. Adult trolls do not usually take care of or even interact with child trolls, though exceptions to this do exist.)

Perry is a lusus who is part of ROWCA (the Rebel Organization Without a Good Acronym), which fights back against the empire. When Dennis the Hopbeast defected to inform the Empress of ROWCA’s existence (and got subsequently killed for his efforts), Perry took his former coworker’s kid, Candis Fllynn, under his metaphorical wing. Then the neighborhood kid’s Lusus, Bucky the Barkbeast, died, and two-sweep-old little Candis begged him to do something, so he ended up taking Phneas Flyynn in too. Then the Lusus of Phneas’s moirail died, so he ended up going to a whole different planet to retrieve the lost little jade blood, and Ferrbb Fltchr joined his ever-growing collection of adopted wrigglers.

Heinzz Doofnz (AKA Doctor Doofenshmirtz) was once one of the Empire’s top evil scienterrorists, until word got out he was a mutant. He faked his death and ran away to hide in the Tri-Planetary Area, home to all the child trolls in the universe. While entering the atmosphere of planet Druselstein, he accidentally murdered a lusus, and adopted the child it was taking care of, which is how he became Vanesa’s dad.

When Doofenshmirtz showed up on Alternia, Perry took it upon himself to keep an eye on the guy, thwarting his maniacal plots to regain the Empress’s favor (and/or take control of the empire himself) at every turn.

Are they Kismeses? Moirails? *something else?* Weren’t they always somewhere in the middle, a Lusus with the intelligence and cunning of an Adult Troll and an Adult Troll with the instincts of a Lusus? Somewhere between Moirails and Kismeses, Trolls and Lusii?

Continuing on with our summerstuck teens, here’s Candis’s other quadrantmates, Stacey and Jeremy! #homestuck #phineasandferb #fanart #art

Stacy Hirano and jeremy Johnson as alternian trolls. Stacy is a purple blood wearing a teal shirt and kabuki style makeup, balanced on a golf club. Jeremy is an olive blood with white hair, holding a wooden club. (For clarification’s sake, I will say here that Stacey is meant to be Candis’s moirail and Jeremy is meant to be Candis’s Matesprit.)

Now that the Gang is done, it’s time to start posting out Summerstuck teens, starting with these iconic girls. #homestuck #phineasandferb #candessa #kismesis #fanart #art

Candace Flynn and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz as Alternian trolls. Candace is a teal blood, and Vanessa is a cerulian blood who is wearing more white than black. Vanessa's sign is grey instead of Cerulian

Vanesa’s a cerulean blood, but she presents as hemoanonymous as she can out of solidarity with her dad - though people can still tell cuz her eyes started filling in early. She wears more light colors than she does in the show cuz that’s what’s considered alternative fashion for trolls. Candis, meanwhile, is fully proud to be a teal-blooded troll! She has a strong sense of justice, and is looking forward to her fate of busting all the criminals of the empire with her legislacerator skills! They’re super close friends, though keep in mind that the words “friend” and “enemy” mean the same thing in Alternian

The Fireside Girls (AKA Isabella’s giant friendship polycule of moirails) for the Summerstuck AU! #homestuck #phineasandferb #firesidegirls #fanart #art #characterdesign

The Fireside Girls all stand in rainbow formation. They all the same uniform in different colors: patch-covered sashes and short, dark skirts, paired with brightly-colored short sleeved collared shirts and hats. Their hats all bear a pale pink Diamond shape on them, signifying them as moirails.

Milly is a rust blood with short curly hair and downward-facing ram shaped horns. Her hat has a yellow bow on it, and her shoes are plain black mary-janes.

Holly is a gold blood with four horns and her hair pulled back in two poofy buns. Her eyes are the normal troll colors, but she has a little bee friend. There are buttons on her hat to allow the smaller set of horns to poke through.

Gretchen is an olive blood with short hair and round glasses. Her horns are simple and pointy. Her hat has one button on it, and only one horn pokes through the hat. The other is left outside the hat, leaving it to sit at a stylish angle.

Adyson is a teal blood with her hair dramatically swept to one side. Hers is the only shirt that is sleeveless, and it has Thai-style slits in the collar and sides. Her horns are blocky, and hold part of her hair back like a headband.

Ginger is a tall indigo blood with long hair and fangs. Her horns are upturned and tipped with arrows.

Katie is a violet blood with white hair and fins for ears. Her hair is pulled into two low ponytails, her horns are lightning-shaped, and her shoes are crocs.
