Caine (a short man dressed in red with a set of teeth for a head) and Jax (a tall anthropomorphic purple rabbit wearing pink overalls) as dolls sleep in a stopmotion set. Caine is sleeping on a blue couch, holding his eyeballs to his side like pillows as his other arm dangles off the couch, while Jax sleeps on a stage, resting on her side.

The set is filled with cozy clutter, with flowers sprawling from large vases and windows 95 screenshots hung up like family photos, and has blue striped wallpaper and light wood paneling on the walls, save for the stage which has a purple galaxy print hung behind it. An oversized orange road sign saying “choose wisely” is huge against the starry backdrop. On either side of the stage are traffic cones, a pink one saying “you’re terrific!” next to a broken mirror, and a cyan one saying “great job!” on the other side. Other objects in the scene include a toilet at a dining table, a skull used as a side table, a large violin propped up like a bass, and a soft oversized red dice being used as another side table.

an amazing digital circus comic titled "The Top Surgery Adventure." in the first panel, transfem Jax (a humanoid purple rabbit with long black hair and a pink bow) is happily laying in a bed, while Caine (a floating little guy wearing a red ringleader outfit, with heterochromatic eyeballs floating in a giant cartoony set of dentures for a head. Caine above Jax with a cheeful expression, patting the bed next to her shoulder as he says "Good luck, my rapscallion rabbitoid!" In the next panel, Jax is asleep and now has prominent bumps in the blanket where her chest would be, with Bubble (a giant sentient soap bubble wearing a surgical mask and holding a scalpel) says "Your top surgery was a success!" in the next panel, Jax sits up, revealing her outfit to be a yellow and pink striped sweater over a pink set of overalls. She is beautiful. She asks "Where's Caine?" Bubble, from out of frame, responds "who do you think gave you the boobs?" In the last panel, Jax cries "NOOOOOOOO!!" over a sleeping Caine in a similar bed. There are comically large concaves where his chest should be, as though someone took an oversized melon scooper to his chest.
