today was a bad start. was flashbanged by my Big Trauma Song on youtube shorts while brushing my teeth. but! then I sat outside for a bit and saw a friend. and she helped cheer me up

lifting a glass pipe to her face, we see three consecutive panels. one, she exhales "foooooo" and tucks the hair on one side of her face behind her ear. two, she lights the pipe, inhaling as the bubbling smoke rushes into her mouth and fills her lungs, eyes closed. three, she leans back against the wall, high and content, exhaling the smoke "ahhhh" as the hair falls out back from behind her ear, her halo bumps against the wall. in each of the three panels behind her, the pattern of yellow splotches on the wallpaper behind her is redder.

the last panel we see is a wide shot of her sat leant against the wall, blissful, muttering into the air, "oh my god... permanent marker... she's so good to meeeeehehehehe... *cough cough*" while the pattern on the wallpaper she leans against grows redder a few metres around where her back is touching the wall. the bong and microphone sit on the floor beside her, alongside the tops of several other pipes in the foreground and a bag of food. the mic is still recording and the bong was technically part of the backrooms so felt ALL of that.

been thinking about the game I stole my name from a lot recently

portrait watercolour painting. a train is driving away from a blue silicon city engulfed in smoke and flames reaching halfway up the skyscrapers and illuminating the sky. the train, a british rail class 323 unit number 161, blue with a yellow front plate and overhead electric cables, is carrying a single visible passanger, a bear girl in a night in the woods inspired style. over it all on the bottom half of the page is capital letter orange with light brown and red shadow text that reads "SELMERS WE NEED YOU"

a reiteration of the previous image lit in dark astral purples, pinks and blues. the former image was meant to invoke the daytime waking hours segments of night in the woods with rich oranges and deep dry blues and this one is much more akin to the dream segments of night in the woods. otherwise, however, it is the same image.

Wallace and gromit edited to look like shaggy and Scooby doo. gromits fur has been recoloured to brown with black spots and his mug says SD. wallace's shirt and tie have been recoloured green to match with his jumper and wendolene's strange puck of plasterscene hair has been superimposed onto Wallace's head. his mug, which is clinking with the SD mug with a slight spill of tea, says S. as in shaggy. and scooby doo. yes 👍
