It kinda does! I just auto piloted to the grocery store and it was fine! But my right hand kinda searched for the gear shift for a second and I was like oh wait I’m on the right hand side drive, I need to use my left. It’s same with which side to reach for the seatbelt.

Being back to the gym puts in perspective how friendly Americans are because everyone was excited/hugging. This doesn’t really happen at the gym in the UK, people just tend to be more reserved. I’ve made acquaintances, but it has taken a longer time for them to open up. Just a cultural difference

I think the biggest thing is “if you’re not in pain we will leave it” mentality because what that does is it skips over preventative care. If I am in pain, then it means it’s gotten to a certain point of no return when I could’ve nipped the situation at the bud 😕

When I mean I don’t get good care in the UK, it’s things like they won’t do fluoride swabs on the teeth, or general cleaning only lasts 20 mins with a gentle brush & floss.

YEAH GOOD TEETH REPORT!! I feel like my dental care situation is worse in the UK in terms of their cleaning and procedures so I try to be very good with home care and get extra treatments when I do go back home to visit.

It was so nice going to my gym community here and everyone being shocked I just randomly showed up lmao And I can tell I’m not doing too bad because I was able to hit full rounds of the workout with weights I normally use. I was afraid altitude was going to be meaner.
