It's hard to see if she is wearing pants or a skirt since there is no image where she's not holding her blue and white electric guitar in front of her but it's clear it has a leopard print pattern. She is smiling a little.

The next panel: DVA Lounge-Evening.
Ben: "I'm getting real sick of seeing this Xander Seer guy on the news all the time."
Zero: "We are in agreement. In my day, if a wealthy CEO was going to destroy his reputation, he'd do it with more class than that."

Zero produces an X-shaped envelope.
"On that note, I have a new contract for you. This came in the mail today."

Ben snatches the envelope from him: "Gimme!"

Ben reads the letter.
"To the Henches: by the order of Citizen X, you are to report to the Seer Diamond Corporation Headquarters (Henceforth known as X Tower) at 10 o'clock tonight. You will be paid handsomely. If you fail to show up, consider yourselves "X"-ed out! -Citizen X"

Jenny reviews the letter: "Ooh, a job offer and a threat! How fun!"

Zero: "I'll give "Citizen X" this: he's not particularly good at hiding his identity, but you haven't seen threats like that in the business since my heyday."

Ben: "Sounds like a good deal, then! We'll get to rub elbows with a billionaire, see what professional villainy really looks like..."
Jenny: "-And if we screw it all up in the end, we can still embarrass him!"

Zero: "A foolproof plan. Just make sure you try not to embarrass yourselves."

X Tower- 10 o'clock. Ben and Jenny stand outside the newly-christened X Tower.

Jenny: "Do you think they'll actually let us into the building, or are we gonna have to break and enter like usual?"
Ben: "Let's find out."

Ben wakes up the sleeping security guard: "'Scuse me. We're here on business with Mr. Seer. He, uhh, sent us this letter?"

The guard takes a look at the letter, and then:
"Yeah, that sounds like the kind of thing he'd do. Go right on in."

Ben and Jenny enter X Tower.

Ben: "Wow! That was easier than I thought it would be!"
Jenny: "Yep! We're really moving up in the world of villainy!"

Upon entering the building, they notice all of the lights are turned off.

Ben: "...just as long as Mr. Seer gets his electric bill paid on time."
Jenny: "Hello? Mr. Seer? We got your letter!"

Ben and Jenny become startled as a shadowy figure emerges.
"Mr. Seer isn't here. There is only..."

A spotlight turns on, revealing a man in an X-marked mask with X-patterned clothing: "Citizen X!"
