Tainan, the old capital, is chill central 😎Hand painted signs, art deco buildings, wonderful street food, especially at breakfast ☕️ It also has an excellent fine art museum. Kaohsiung has a great contemporary art etc scene. Also good for cycling, seafood, a swim in the Taiwan strait 😉
