Made it to Chicago. It's gonna be real funny having both me and @heyeffie.bsky.social wearing Ren shirts and waving a Shota towel. CAN YOU GUESS WHO WE SHIP? :)))) If anyone wants to meet up, hit me up.

Oh yeah. I haven't been around because of the everything in the world. I am trying to not doom scroll and be a bad news sponge. I set aside 30 minutes a day to read the news and that's it. My therapist said that I'm probably the smartest person she knows for doing that. It's helped.

Another state fair project is out of the way. I am sad I can't wear these until next winter because they're a competition piece, but damn I'm going to love them next winter lmao (I have other mittens I've made that I can wear. I just want to show off the pretty ones)

Rewatched Despe vs Fujita with the girlfriend today and it hit me. Fujita wrestles like a young Marufuji. And I mean that with the highest of honors. It makes sense why he has captivated me.

Attempting to crochet socks for the first time ever. I'm further along than the picture at this point and the design is nice and subtle but still pretty.

A work in progress picture of a crocheted sock being made in dark purple yarn. There are two stitch markers attached to the project that are little white pearls.

I haven't written a single thing all year but I've done a fuck ton of crafts? In January I finished 32 craft projects, including two new crafts: spinning and needle felting I need to get back to writing.

Cass - 🩷🖤 - @madatwrestling.bsky.social · 30/01/2025

My new yarn bowl that I picked up last night while at social stitching. I also got some needle felting things, but this is something at my friends shop I've been eyeing for a few weeks, so I had to get it before it sold.

A purple 3D printed yarn bowl that has a dragon as the base and spots to hold notions. In the notions spot are a pair of scissors and some tapestry needles. In the bowl part, there is a blue ball of yarn.

Another winter set. I will be putting this set in my shop later today. Just need to get unlazy and go and do it. Not colors I typically use, but someone else might love them. This uses acrylic yarn that is incredibly soft and can be washed in a machine. The pom is also removable.

Cass - 🩷🖤 - @madatwrestling.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Look at what I made! Took about 5 hours total and quite a bit of yarn. I'll probably not make these for sale and only for commissions. But it's adorable!

Rocky I have beef with you. Announcing a 30 minute Gabe Kidd match for WCR is not a way to make me happy about buying front row seats when the tickets go on sale tomorrow. Announce Shota or Ren or literally ANYONE ELSE. Please.

I've been practicing my spinning! I am obsessed and it's taking my entire willpower to not go and get it to work on it in bed.

A picture of a drop spindle with purple yarn wound onto it. The quality of the yarn is rough.

familiarize yourself with both queer history and modern queer lives in other violently homophobic countries while you still can. we aren’t the first queers who had to find ways to live and love in the face of such barbarism, and it’s suicide to enter this cruelty believing survival to be impossible.
