Popeye Barbecue for Two was a 1960 cartoon pilot short introducing the TV series for King Feature Syndicate mostly directed by Jack Kinney. The Reanimate was planned in September 2021 and animation started in December 2021and the last scene was finished in May 2023. The whole reanimate was made with no money and purely for fun.
