There may be legal ways for Trump to do this.The 2022 law bans Russian diesel imports into the US, but not sales to other countries. Trump also has some power to make temporary exceptions. So allowing Russian diesel onto the world market is much easier legally than importing it directly into the US.

Europa was zich eenzijdig aan het ontwapenen. In de vijf jaar voor de inval in 2014 ontwapende Europa zich voor 20%, terwijl dat Rusland bijna verdubbelde. De enige reden dat we weer investeren in defensie is vanwege Rusland. Niet industriëlen of wat dan ook. De reden is Rusland.
