Black and white can add real drama to a picture. Both of these are taken at the beach, one is Cromer Norfolk, the other is Eastern Cape, South Africa. Do you have a favourite? #nature #photography #weather #storm #blackandwhite

That was a blast, August has ended with 518Q and 78 DXCC in the log. 3 new ones for me, Chad, Franz Josef Land and Nigeria. I have been surprised how good 28 MHz has been on data modes. #hamr

Looks like Gru is a permanent feature. He is 12 years old and had a rough time. Finally, he can relax, is safe, and has plenty of food. He repays me by meowing, usually at 4 am, to remind me it's food time. #rescue #adoptdontshop #gru

The latest antenna is a 12m spider pole, with 10.9m of wire. 9:1 and atu at the base. Some elevated radials of various lengths. Will tune in all bands, from 5 MHz to 28 MHz. Seems to work better on 7, 10 and 14 MHz. #hamr #hamradio

Since the loss of my 16yo cat Billy I have been fostering. Gru is a nervous male, he needs to trust again. He is afraid and hides a lot, after 2 weeks he has begun to trust me. Purring and allowing the odd stroke. Slow and steady building trust. #rescue #adoptdontshop #cats

How exactly has he lost billions? If your house is worth a £1,000,000 and property prices slump and its now only worth £900,000 have you lost 100k? No you still live in the house, and own 100% of it. Paper money is not real money! #notfinancialadvice #sendmoneytome PS Elon is still a clown.
