Makeover for Broad St lamps is giving "City Island" vibes and I love it #PhilaByFoot

The City of Philadelphia piloted a two year Zero Fare program, enabling low-income Philadelphians to ride SEPTA for free. In the first year, participants took more than 4.3 million trips. This pilot program has now come to an end and the city is not planning to renew it. Let’s save this program ⬇️
