Within the context of the show & story they told I get why it unfolded like this and what happened. It works for this story & was a damn good show overall. But, I wanted to see Hal being the greatest GL in the history of the corps. I wanted some of that comic book mythology to come the DCU

Finally finished Ace Combat 7, fell off due to a stupid escort mission I failed. Powered through until i thought I’d quit due to a stupid precision flying section at the end of the last mission. Luckily I was able to figure it out. Good game held back from excellent by these two sections.
