Happy Easter - I'm back! Have spent Lent reading, writing - enjoying my fountain pens, doodling and drooling over notebooks. 🖋️📚 Easter Mass was joyful - how good to sing the Gloria again after so many weeks, and using the 'A' word again (Alleluia).

Decided on ‘Power & Passion, Six Characters in search of Resurrection’ for my Lent read. I’ve not read it since 2017 when Fr. Will led us through it as a Lent course. Hopefully challenging. #lent #booksky 💙📚

Yesterday's appalling ambush of Zelenskyy by Trump and Vance - absolutely shocking behaviour and treatment of another world leader, and yet Trump's comment said it all ... 'this is going to be great television' ... #StandWithUkraine

I seem to have ordered 2 more fountain pens, some cartridges and a new notebook from Hunter Paper Co. (They always send sweeties too) I’m telling myself I need extra notebooks as I’m journaling so much now I’ve retired…..

Have just completed my ‘antidote to the blues’ junk journal. It’s really cheered me up - the cold grey days with a NE wind have been trying to say the least.

On this chilly February day with a NE wind blowing, here is a tenacious primrose cheering my walk into town.

My walk into town is a joy on fine days but today there’s thick drizzle so here are yesterday’s pics -

Rosemary in flower (it’s very sheltered here).

View of Brown’s Hill Dartmouth - yes, we know it’s steps!

Have been browsing completed junk journals as an antidote to the weather. So much to smile about as I work my way through .
